Returns policy
EARRINGS AND PERFUME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE !!!
All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition sold. We cannot cover the cost of postage returned back to us, this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
Remember to fill in your returns sheet and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us via post or drop off to our address. If you do not have a form, please ensure there is a note with your name, order no and items to return with reasons.
All items must:
Be unwashed
Have all labels attached
Be unused/ not worn
Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc
*We recommend returning items through a trackable method as we cannot issue a refund on items that are not received or lost in transit in return to us. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Lace Lull reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer.
Exchanges – Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you I’m afraid. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
Delivery
Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 1-5 business days to prepare your products. The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 7-10 business days depending on stock availability.
During this time, the factories and warehouse is being operated under additional guidelines to ensure the safety of both the workers and the products.
So the processing time will be longer than before. we need extra 1-3 business days to prepare your orders, do strict quality-control tests, thorough disinfection, and carefully packed.
Shipping time: Generally, for Standard Shipping, it will take 2-15 business days for your orders to reach you, some distance area might take even longer.
For US Domestic Shipping, it will be delivered in 3-8 business days for most US, some distance area might take a bit longer. US Domestic Shipping only available for the US WAREHOUSE products (*title contains US Warehouse).
Our system will send you notification emails once your parcel is stated to be shipped out, please wait patiently. We appreciate your kind understanding. Please pray with us for the world to get through this tragedy sooner safely.
Delivery time may vary, especially during the peak periods. Please be more patient.
*If the package does not arrive in time, please contact us within 2 months after delivery and our agent will respond to you within 48 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
